Terms of Service

Last updated September 6, 2026

Launchframe is a web app that turns an app icon into a short launch video. These terms are the agreement between you and Launchframe when you use it. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short.

1. Using Launchframe

You can use Launchframe without an account to make browser drafts. An account is needed to save projects, share preview links, and buy the unlock. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

2. Your content

The icons, names, taglines, and links you bring to Launchframe stay yours. You give Launchframe permission to store and process them only as needed to make your videos, previews, and share images. You confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you upload, including app icons and brand assets. Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

The videos and images Launchframe produces from your content are yours too. Use them anywhere, including commercially, with no attribution required.

3. Free and paid features

The free tier includes a selection of motion styles and watermark-free 720p browser drafts. Paid motion styles can be previewed for free with a watermark.

The unlock is a single one-time payment. It opens every motion style and unlimited full-quality MP4 renders on your account, for as long as Launchframe operates. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. The price shown at checkout is the full price. Payments are processed by Stripe; Launchframe never sees your card number.

Refunds. If the unlock isn't what you hoped for, email hello@launchframe.video within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and remove the unlock from the account.

4. Renders and share links

Full-quality cloud renders are available to download for 24 hours after they finish, then they are deleted. Save the file when it's done. Preview links are unlisted and stay live until you turn them off from the export dialog. Anyone with the link can view that preview, so share it accordingly.

5. Acceptable use

Launchframe may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and changes

Launchframe is run by a small team and is provided as is. It may change, add or retire motion styles, or be unavailable at times. If the service ever shuts down, unlocked users will be given at least 30 days' notice and time to export their work.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Launchframe is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Launchframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from use of the service. In any case, Launchframe's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock, or $5 if you paid nothing.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Launchframe at any time. To delete your account and its data, email hello@launchframe.video from the address on the account and it will be removed within 7 days.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and unlocked users will be told by email. Continuing to use Launchframe after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Launchframe's operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions about these terms go to hello@launchframe.video.
